About Wanda
I am a native Greenvillian, and bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to my business, resulting from over 30 years of sales and marketing experience. Working in leadership positions with some of the nation’s largest real estate developers, I have directed sales efforts and recently helmed the Director Of Resales position for The Cliffs Communities in both North and South Carolina, resulting in sales of over $300 Million.
I, along with my partners, excel in dealing with people and understand the challenges and rewards found in each and every real estate transaction.
Contract clients have included Liberty Properties Group and The Cliffs Communities. My team and I have assisted in sales strategies to serve such companies as BMW, Michelin North America, 3M, Bosch, Sealed Air, Cryovac, Clemson University, ICAR, Greenville Hospital Systems, The Children’s Hospital, Bon Secours St. Francis and many others.
I live on the eastside of Greenville and am active in several local charities including Coaches4Character, The Children’s Hospital and The American Cancer Society, as well as serving as President of my Homeowner’s Associaton and my Golf Club. I enjoy playing golf, cooking and entertaining friends and on any Saturday in the fall, I can be found in Death Valley cheering on my beloved Clemson Tigers at all home games.
