There is a reason why she is the best. She was extremely patient and kind throughout the whole process. The market is crazy right now and our house took a little longer to sell than I think we thought. Everything that we needed, she took care of in a timely manner and her communication was excellent. She fought for us during the negotiation stage and we walked away happy with our sell. We have now sold and bought 3 different homes in the last 8 years, and although this one took a little longer, the process itself was much smoother and we were always at peace. Thank you Ginnie!

When we had problems she stepped up to fix those issues! When she realized it wasn’t fair for dream finders to just pick a date for the walk through and closing she said something. Every time something didn’t seem right she stood up for us. We are first time buyers and honestly if we didn’t have Trish I am not sure what we would do. We were told that the closing cost was 25,000 and that’s just ridiculous. She called jet homes multiple times and made sure the problem was resolved even though they wouldn’t answer. Trish really knows what she is doing. She always made time to meet up with us and help us with anything we needed! I recommended her to my parents who are now empty nesters to have her as their agent for when they are ready to move once they retire. Thank you for everything Trish!
Ginnie kept on top of things so well that when I’d ask about something, like a termite inspection for example, she’d already have it scheduled.
The people she chooses to work with her buyers all went above and beyond with quick responses to questions, changes needed, and everything else that pops up unexpectedly when buying a home. Hopefully this is our last move but if not we’d definitely use Ginnie again.

As this was a first time home buying experience for me, it took me about 6 months to figure out what it was that I wanted, and multiple home showings. Ginnie was always very flexible to view houses and it was overall just a great experience.
