I’m Ronda Holder, REALTOR® and team leader of Ronda Holder & Associates, proudly affiliated with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices C. Dan Joyner, REALTORS®. I have been licensed since 2002 and have called the Greenville area home for more than 30 years.

My real estate career actually began before I became licensed. I worked in real estate office management, supporting agents with marketing and transaction details and learning firsthand what it takes to move a transaction successfully from listing or contract through closing. That foundation still shapes the way I serve clients today: pay attention to the details, communicate honestly, anticipate problems and give people the information they need to make confident decisions.

As my business grew through referrals and repeat clients, my husband, Chris, joined me in 2012. He became a full-time partner in 2017, and in 2025 we were delighted to welcome Mamie Lovely to the team.

Together, Ronda Holder & Associates serves buyers and sellers throughout Greenville, Simpsonville, Greer, Mauldin, Fountain Inn, Five Forks, Taylors, Travelers Rest and surrounding Upstate South Carolina communities.

GREENVILLE IS HOME

Chris and I have shared more than 40 years together and have proudly called the Greenville area home for more than 30 of them. We raised our two sons here, both Clemson University graduates, and today we are fortunate that our children and four grandchildren also call the Upstate home.

Those roots are one of the reasons this business is so personal to me. I am not simply helping people buy and sell houses. I am helping people make decisions about the community my own family calls home.
