About John "Chris"
With a background in sales and years of supporting my wife, Ronda Holder, in her real estate career, I always knew this was a path I would enjoy. In 2012, I became a licensed agent, working part-time to assist clients and provide extra support as the business grew. By 2017, it was clear that a full-time commitment was needed to continue providing the level of care our clients had come to expect, so that year we officially created Ronda Holder & Associates together.
Having walked alongside my wife, Ronda Holder, for so many years—meeting her clients, helping behind the scenes, and learning the business firsthand—I understood the importance of stepping into a larger role. My fulltime commitment allows us to better serve our clients, support more families at once, and remain fully present throughout the process—even in today’s competitive market. As our client family continued to grow, we wanted to ensure everyone received the same personal, attentive service that has always been our foundation. In 2025, we proudly welcomed Mamie Lovely to our team, expanding our ability to guide clients through one of life’s biggest investments with knowledge, care, and integrity. For us, real estate has never been just about buying or selling a home—it’s about building lasting relationships.
Outside of real estate, Ronda and I have shared more than 40 wonderful years together and have proudly called Greenville home for over 30 of those years. We raised our two boys here, both graduates of Clemson University, and now get to watch them raise families of their own in the same community we love. Best of all, we are blessed to be “Mimi and Pappy” to four precious grandchildren who fill our lives with joy and keep us grounded in what matters most: faith, family, and community.
