About Eddie
Eddie Burch is eager to help you, your family, and friends with buying or selling real estate.
Eddie is a Greer native and has worked in real estate full time for 14 years building a business focused on trust and dependable customer service with every transaction. “I enjoy helping people achieve their goals and dreams,” Eddie says. “No matter the real estate need, I care about every client.”
This past year Eddie was again a top producer with C. Dan Joyner -Berkshire Hathaway Home Services finishing 24th among over 400 Joyner agents. In 2017 and 2018 Eddie earned recognition in the Berkshire Hathaway Home Services’ nationwide Presidents Circle with sales that put him in the top 4% of the country’s network.
Eddie offers an extensive knowledge of Greenville and Spartanburg Counties and especially Greer having grown up in this community and previously working 20 years as News Editor of The Greer Citizen newspaper. Eddie is a member of First Presbyterian Church Greer where he has served as Deacon, a member of the Greer Lions Club where he served as club president three times, and Volunteer Lt. Firefighter with the City of Greer Fire Department. Previously Eddie has served two terms as chairman of the Greer Middle College Charter High School Board of Directors, the Greer Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, Kids Planet Playground Founding Board of Directors, and Greer Family Fest Board of Directors. Eddie is a graduate of Charleston Southern University and Greer High School.
